The JPI-JS (The Japan Petroleum Institute - Junior Society) Forum Session will be held on November 10 and 11 in conjunction with the Yamaguchi Convention of JPI (the 41st Petroleum-Petrochemical Symp. of JPI) at Yamaguchiken-kyoiku-kaikan, in Yamaguchi. The forum will have two invited lectures by Dr. Yasushi Sekine (Waseda University) and Dr. Katsutoshi Yamamoto (The University of Kitakyushu) (http://wwwsoc.nii.ac.jp/jpi/jp/gyouji/41f/20111110pro.html). Dr. Sekine will give a lecture entitled gLow temperature catalytic reaction assisted by electric field.h Dr. Yamamoto will give a lecture entitled gDigging for new structures of crystalline porous materials.h The object of this session is to provide a venue for exploring, reflecting and sharing ideas with regard to the applications of petroleum chemistry among experts and young research scientists in this field. |
